Satan and Saraswati : The Double Face of English In India

In India English as second language. In India english sometimes a SATAN and some way to Saraswati . English as a international language so to in this stage English as a SARASWATI. English the double face in India in policy and practice. Policy is rules to learn English it's compulsory but practice it not learn English because it's less role of teacher. Any other languages they are primary and significantly. India is a multilingual country and the constitution of India not written in national language (Hindi). Until In 1950 when India declared the republic, English continue to used as an official language along with Hindi, to be used for secondary official.
The books of Science, Technology and Management are not available in our National language Hindi easily so, students have to learn English as compulsory. So at this stage, here English language shows the role as SARASWATI. In India English as second language is difficult to accept for the students. English is being the second language to be formally learn by all is equally disadvantageous to everyone.
Advantage of English language in India:
English had became more and more Indianian grammatically and functionally because it is used by large number of people. And it's possible only because increased education, commerce, and journalism and the Indian English was no more foreign.
Disadvantage of English language in India:
Those who take Indian languages as medium they are a small minority and poor student. Text book and reference books written in Indian language are unsold. And English news papers are also unsold as compare to English news paper.
This is how English language has both side SATAN and SARASWATI.
